Dear Don, Jeremy, Josh, Kathleen (and I'm sure the rest of your staff),

_____I have been your customer for several years now, and have
been incredibly impressed with your honesty, integrity, and kindness
every time I've had the pleasure of seeing or speaking to one of you. A
year or two ago, you came and inspected my wood stove chimney, as
well as my fireplace chimney. I was fully expecting to have both
cleaned, and had the check ready... Imagine my surprise when your
worker told me it was unnecessary to clean either one! Now, really,
how would I have known that? I get them cleaned every year, and
would have happily paid the price. You charged me almost nothing
for the inspection (about which I was actually embarrassed!), and were
just charming.
_____Since then, Jeremy has been out and found a terrible problem I
had caused by burning bad wood. How kind and understanding he
was about it.
_____I could go on and on, but I just want you to know how deeply
grateful I am to you and your staff and family.
